I would like to invite you to join our Rockin RC Extreme Team!
I am passionate about teaching our horses to trust and obey us through the use of step x step
lessons and scary obstacle work. What better way to show off all you and your horse can
achieve than in regional Extreme Cowboy Races and Competitive Trail rides. The “UCHA”
Ultimate Horseman’s Challenge Association and the "EXCA" Extreme Cowboy Association are
two of the groups the Rockin RC Extreme Trail Team will be competing in.
A great way to improve on your horse’s performance and overall
willingness to learn is to introduce them to new environments. This will showcase the
things you and your horse have mastered and also bring to the surface things you both need to
work on. These races are not all about fast! They are won with precision and smoothness over
each obstacle in the course and performance maneuvers. I know you all can do great! My
family and I have enjoyed so much the races we have been to. They are very family oriented
with low key and casual competition. Competition encourages us to work hard to get
better, which only makes our relationship with our horses even better!
When it comes to competition, we all know it takes hard work before the
competition to ensure we are doing the best job we can. It is not all about winning, but about
working hard to achieve the best partnership with our horse as possible.
When you become a member of the UCHA (Ultimate Cowboy Horseman's
Association) you also will be qualified for year end rewards. The competitions are set up on a
point system, so you can look forward to a year end banquet and awards presentation.
What I am offering you is the opportunity to train with me here at
R&D Ranch and then go on the road with me to be your coach at the competitions! I will be
there to help you warm up and talk you through the course.
